Payment Options:

  1. Easy Click and Pay to pay your bill online. We accept credit and debit card payments online. All you will need is your account number, patient contact info, and a credit card.

  3. Call our Financial Counselor team at (503) 963-2900 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Our Refund Policy
If you believe you have made a payment in error or have overpaid a bill, contact our business office at (503) 963-2900.

Unpaid Balances
We request that all balances be paid upon receipt, or broken into three equal monthly payments. If you are unable to meet these requests, a payment plan may be offered. Please contact our Financial Counselor team at (503) 963-2900 for details.
